Dr. Rami El Sebai is the founder and lead dental surgeon of SmileCrafters Dental. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and went on to complete oral-surgery-focused training beyond dental school. He has logged more than 1,500 hours of continuing education in implantology, oral surgery, and periodontal surgery, and he is trained and certified in moderate conscious sedation, including both oral and IV techniques, with IV sedation licensure in Ontario. Dr. El Sebai is licensed to practise dentistry in Ontario and is regulated by the RCDSO.
Alongside Dr. El Sebai, our Toronto clinic is supported by registered dental hygienists and a patient coordination team who help each visit run smoothly, from the first phone call through follow-up care. Our hygienists focus on gentle, thorough preventive care, and our front-desk team can help with scheduling, insurance questions, and coordinating care if you also visit our Ancaster, Brantford, or Hamilton locations.
Dentistry changes as new research, materials, and techniques become available, so our clinical team maintains ongoing professional education throughout the year. This includes advanced training in implant placement, oral surgery, and sedation protocols, along with clinical guidance published by recognized Canadian dental organizations such as the Canadian Dental Association. Please contact our Toronto team directly if you would like more detail on a specific credential or certification before your appointment.
We built SmileCrafters around one idea: dental care should never feel rushed, judgmental, or one-size-fits-all. Before recommending any treatment, we take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and explain the reasoning behind each option, including associated costs and what to expect during recovery. Ontario law requires your informed consent before treatment begins, and we treat that requirement as the foundation of how we practise, not a formality.
We bring years of clinical experience to every appointment, offering personalized treatment that puts your comfort first. Our goal is simple: to deliver excellent dentistry without unnecessary stress or inflated fees.
From digital imaging to modern treatment techniques, we use advanced tools to ensure accuracy, comfort, and efficiency. Better tech means better care for your smile.
We welcome patients of all ages, creating a warm atmosphere where families feel at ease. Whether it’s your child’s first visit or your own routine checkup, we make the experience positive and stress-free.
Dental pain doesn’t wait, and neither should you. We offer same-day solutions whenever possible to help you get fast relief.
Located in the heart of Toronto, our clinic is easy to access and designed with your convenience in mind. We also provide multiple payment options to help keep your dental care affordable.
Keep your smile healthy with routine cleanings and comprehensive checkups.
We use modern digital imaging to detect issues early and accurately.
Our durable, natural-looking fillings restore function while blending seamlessly with your smile.
We treat gum infections with gentle, effective care to protect your oral health.
We provide gentle, efficient tooth extractions, including wisdom teeth removal when necessary. Our team focuses on keeping you comfortable while ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
We welcome children and provide gentle dentistry, from routine check-ups to preventive care.
We believe a child’s first dental visits should be gentle, educational and stress-free. Our kids’ dental exams help build a positive foundation for lifelong oral health. We take the time to make sure young patients feel comfortable and relaxed while carefully examining their teeth and gums, monitoring development, and guiding parents on good oral hygiene habits.
To help growing teeth stay strong, we offer professional fluoride treatments designed specifically for children. Fluoride helps strengthen enamel and offers extra protection against tooth decay, a smart preventive step to support healthy smiles as they grow.
Back teeth often have grooves where food and bacteria like to hide. That’s why we offer dental sealants, a thin protective coating applied to those surfaces to make them easier to clean and far less likely to develop cavities. Sealants are a simple, effective way to reduce risk of decay before it even starts.
If a baby tooth needs removal because of severe decay, crowding or other issues, we handle extractions with kid-friendly care. Our goal is to keep the experience calm and gentle, minimising discomfort and helping children build trust in dental visits from a young age.
Restore damaged teeth or fill gaps with crowns or bridges that look and feel natural.
For more extensive tooth loss, we offer denture solutions tailored to fit and function.
Comprehensive restorative plans for those needing major dental work to reclaim function and aesthetics.
We offer veneers and aesthetic treatments to correct chips, stains, or imperfect shapes.
Want a brighter smile? Our in-office whitening can give you impressive results.
Bonding and other cosmetic solutions to subtly improve or restore your smile.
SmileCrafters Dental provides comprehensive dental care in Toronto, combining advanced technology with personalized treatment to support long-term oral health and confident smiles.
Our Services Include:
Metal braces remain one of the most dependable ways to straighten teeth and correct complex bite issues. They offer precise, predictable movement, making them a trusted option for both teens and adults looking for long-term results.
For patients who want a more discreet alternative, ceramic braces blend in with natural tooth colour while still delivering the strength and reliability of traditional orthodontics. They’re an excellent choice for those who prefer a subtle look throughout treatment.
We believe orthodontic care should be accessible for Toronto families. Our flexible payment plans make it easier to start treatment without financial stress, allowing you to achieve a healthy, confident smile on your terms.
Invisalign offers a nearly invisible way to straighten teeth, using custom clear aligners designed for comfort and convenience. You can remove them for meals, brushing, and special occasions, making them ideal for busy lifestyles.
Each aligner is digitally crafted to guide your teeth gently into place. With smooth, fitted trays and fewer in-office visits, Invisalign provides a modern, comfortable approach to orthodontics.
Before your treatment begins, we use digital imaging to show you a preview of your expected results. You’ll be able to see how your smile will transform, giving you confidence and clarity from the very beginning.
We offer single-tooth implants as a reliable solution for replacing lost teeth, giving you a natural look and full chewing strength, just like a real tooth.
Our implant-supported crowns are custom-designed to match your existing teeth in shape and shade, delivering seamless, functional restoration that blends in with your smile.
When the jawbone lacks the density or volume needed for a stable implant, we use bone grafting, sometimes combined with a sinus lift, to rebuild strength and create a secure foundation. Bone grafting restores lost bone mass in areas affected by tooth loss, trauma, or bone resorption.
If you’re replacing a tooth in the back of the upper jaw where the sinus cavity sits close to the bone, we perform a sinus lift: gently lifting the sinus membrane and placing bone-grafting material beneath it to increase bone height.
These preparatory steps help ensure your implant is stable, durable, and set for long-term success.
For patients needing extensive tooth replacement, we offer full-arch implants, all-on-4 implants, a durable and aesthetic solution.
We strive for efficient and effective treatments; for certain cases, you could walk out with a secure, restored smile quickly. The “full-service” and “implant surgery plus prosthetics” model supports this.
Implants and prosthetics are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, so you smile confidently and naturally.

Areas We Serves in Toronto:
When traditional treatments like night guards, splints or physical therapy don’t fully relieve jaw muscle tension or associated pain, we offer therapeutic injections using Botox® (or similar neuromodulators). Injected into the overactive jaw muscles, Botox® works by temporarily reducing muscle contractions, easing clenching, grinding, and jaw tightness.
Because the Botox® effect is temporary (usually lasting a few months), we may recommend follow-up sessions or combine Botox® with night guards, physical therapy, or other supportive treatments to deliver long-term results.
If you struggle with chronic jaw pain, frequent headaches, teeth grinding (bruxism), jaw stiffness or difficulty opening your mouth, you may be experiencing TMJ (temporomandibular joint) issues. At SmileCrafters Dental, we treat these common TMJ symptoms to help restore comfort and normal jaw function.
Our first step is a comprehensive bite and jaw evaluation. We assess jaw alignment, bite patterns and muscle tension to pinpoint the root cause of your TMJ pain, because building a treatment plan without knowing what’s wrong is like playing darts blindfolded.
For many patients, a custom-fitted night guard or splint remains a standard, effective treatment. These devices prevent teeth grinding, cushion your jaw, and reduce pressure on the joint while you sleep, helping prevent further wear and strain.
Our goal isn’t just to mask symptoms. We strive to help you regain normal jaw use and reduce recurring pain over time. Whether through a custom night guard, muscle-relaxing injections, or a comprehensive treatment plan, we tailor our approach to your lifestyle, symptoms, and long-term oral health.
Our team includes top dental professionals trained in Canada and the U.S., providing a full spectrum of care, from general dentistry to implants, orthodontics, cosmetic and surgical procedures.
We stay current with modern dentistry techniques and diagnostics, which matters when you care about quality, not just a quick fix.
We treat each patient as a whole person. We listen, customize treatment plans, and make sure you’re comfortable, informed, and never feeling rushed.
Our Toronto clinic is modern, clean, and equipped with the tech to ensure efficient, accurate dental work.
Hands-on care from people who genuinely care about you, not just your teeth, that’s our vibe. Reviews consistently praise our staff for kindness and professionalism.
Direct billing, payment plans, and financing options make dental care more accessible, because we believe everyone deserves a healthy smile.
We’re open 6 days a week to fit busy Toronto lives. Great for families, workers, or anyone juggling a lot, we try to make scheduling painless.

The Canadian Dental Association recommends that children see a dentist within six months of their first tooth erupting or by their first birthday, whichever comes first [CDA guidance, 2022]. Establishing a dental home early can help your child feel comfortable with visits as they grow.
Most patients are advised to schedule a checkup and cleaning approximately every six months, though your dentist may recommend a different interval based on your gum health, cavity risk, and overall oral health history.
